I dig this, a lot.

I think you should try some more 'sample-only' tracks cause I really enjoyed this one.

5/5 & 9/10 - Only reason it isn't a ten is cause I'm holding off until I hear jamesvdub's submission, that is if I hear it. Nothing personal or technical at all. Know if this weren't in a battle I'd give it a 10.

K) thanks for the review! There are gonna be a lot more sample tracks coming from me in the very near future. I may go back to synths a little bit, but for now,I'm having to much fun sampling! I really want to hear what Jamesvdub did too! I want to see what he did with the same exact samples!

EQ needs adjustment.

It's not bad, but it's not really a remix, this is pretty close to how the in-game music sounds.

Technical review: the bass is too loud and so are the chimes towards the end, a few adjustments and you'll be good.

I liked this, it seemed like I'd be an interlude track between songs.

Mello rhodes and the chill beat. The sounds that start at 10-11 seconds could have been a bit quieter, but I like how they sound. My only complaint could be the thunder sounds, just cause I've heard that in so many tracks, it has become kind of a cliché.

I don't know why you submitted a hardware test while playing someone else's music to the Audio Portal.

You put reviewers in a weird place. How do we score this?
1) You did not write the material.
2) It isn't a 'song'- the name of the submission is 'Keyboard Test'.

This isn't saying your submission is bad as it is more that your submission isn't really reviewable. You could have tested your keyboard with your own composition and submitted it as a song.

That is very true. It was kinda of a spur of the moment thing. I told my sister I was going to test out the keyboard and she said why dont you record it. So I did. Same day, I logged on to newgrounds and realized I hadn't really put anything on the site (other then reviews and votes.) So I figured, hey why not.

Next Time It'll be an original piece. (I'm writing a song as I'm typing this.)

Where else would you put a beat like this? Modern hip-hop? No. If NG had an instrumental or trip-hop category I'd say it would go under there, but they don't, so Olsckool is fine with me.
